All sales made through MOBI-LITE are final once payment has been completed. This means: 

  • No refunds
  • No standard returns accepted after purchase.  

This policy helps us keep pricing competitive and maintain quality service for all customers. 

2. Warranty Remedies 

While returns are not accepted, if your product develops an issue that falls under the warranty coverage (see Warranty Policy), you may still be eligible for repair or replacement via the warranty claim process above.
