MOBI-LITE Warranty Policy (Updated 29 Jan 2026)
1. Warranty Coverage
MOBI-LITE proudly distributes premium MOBOT mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs in Australia. All products are backed by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use.
Warranty does not cover:
- Regular wear and tear.
- Damage from improper or negligent use.
- Accidental damage or cosmetic issues.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorised parties.
2. Warranty Claim Process
To lodge a warranty claim with MOBI-LITE:
- Contact our customer support team with your purchase details.
- Provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt),
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue.
Each claim will be reviewed to confirm whether it falls under warranty coverage.
If approved, MOBI-LITE may:
- Provide replacement parts at no additional cost,
- Offer guidance for repair or replacement.
Shipping costs for replacement parts within Australia may be covered for approved warranty claims.
3. What’s Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not apply if the defect results from:
- Improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Accidents or environmental damage.
- Unauthorised repair or service.
4. Additional Terms
MOBI-LITE reserves the right to determine eligibility and make the final decision on warranty claims.
